We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.
Information Collection & Use:Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.
Security:This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".

Order Processing:
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed due to our automatic credit card processing system. We only accept orders and ship to the billing address and name on the card. Our system will deny your order if the exact billing address is not provided. The 3 digit code on the back of the card will also be required.
Our system emails your order receipt as soon as order is complete. If you did not receive an order receipt please check your spam settings of your email program. Often spam filters block email addresses with the words “Orders” or “Customer Service” in the email subject or address.
Customer credit cards will be billed as Indian Hair Brokers Co.
Returns and Refunds:
Production of hair products begins next day once payment is received. If customer decides to cancel during production, 50% of hair product cost is refunded. Any hair products paid for, produced and shipped is non-refundable. Unless we made a mistake in the order we will exchange unused, unopened hair products. Hair products must be in original condition for any refunds or exhanges. All clearance items are sold as is stated in the items description and are not eligible for refunds. Any refunds or exchanges are at our discretion. If we decide to do an exchange all costs of alteration and shipping charges to the factory and return shipping to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. Customer has 24 hours upon delivery to notify us of mistake. Allow upto 3 weeks for returns to be credited back to your credit card account.
Shipping Information:
Provide and fully spell your whole accurate billing name, address, phone and EMAIL ADDRESS. Do not give 2 addresses.If we cannot contact you about a problem, through e-mail your order will not be processed in a timely manner. For customer protection due to online fraud we ship only to the billing address and name on the card. If using Paypal we only ship to the confirmed Paypal address and name ont he account. Our system will deny your order if the exact billing address is not provided.
For your protection, if the value of the shipment is of high dollar value and/or carrier deems unsafe to leave package at door, a signature will be required to receive your shipment. If credit card holder is not home to sign for shipment, carrier will either leave a note with instructions, reattempt to deliver or both. Lotsa Luxe, LLC will not be responsible for shipping delays due to the above circumstances. We do not ship COD and cannot use customer’s personal shipping account.
Shipping and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day US and Asia, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day before and after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Eid, Diwali and any other Indian holiday when business operations stop.
Shipping Delays:
Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Production days begin the business day after order is processed. We ship via FedEx, Aramex, DHL, UPS and/or USPS. We will email you tracking number once it has shipped. If there is a problem or a situation where there will be an unusual delay we will notify you.
Shipping Lead Times:
Shipping lead time various based on the quantity ordered. Approximate shipping lead times are listed in each product category.
Returned Packages:
If your shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, returned or unclaimed; there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We will notify you via e-mail and wait to hear from you. We may offer to reship and customer pays for shipping with a signature required from the cardholder or the balance will be refunded to your credit card.
Theft and Fraud:
Credit card fraud, check fraud or theft of our merchandise will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted. Non payment of orders due to credit card disputes will be sent to collections and prosecuted in addition we will also seek reimbursement for legal expenses and attorney fees. Returned checks will incur a $30 returned check fee and will be handled by our collections department and/or including prosecution. Please be honest!
If we receive notice of an unlegitimate chargeback or reversal in payment to bypass our policies we reserve the right to take any action as we deem fit including but not limited to reporting the customer to the Badcustomer database.
